E-packet is our primary carrier for our customers, but depending on where you live, other shipping methods could fit better for you. Therefore we will always choose the best possible method that our customers get their products as fast as possible.
Depending on where you live, packages are delivered usually within 5~25 days from the date of shipment. Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual.

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays). Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 4 business days following the day you placed your order.
You will receive an email with the tracking number, if you have chosen shipping with tracking, soon after. If your order has been processing for more than 5 business days, please Contact Us and we'll help you out.
As we are shipping worldwide, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties requiered. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if requiered.
FitTrendz Store has no control over customs and import tax and we can not tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
If you notice an error please Contact us as soon as possible with your Name and Order Number so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There is no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our Warehouse, but we will do everything we can!
Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of your original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items are excluded from return.
To return your merchandise, please Contact Us for the Return address and always include your Order Number and Full Name. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
